BIBUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (formerly known as BIBUS Horizon Mechatronics and Automations Pvt Ltd.), founded in 2012, is a 100% subsidiary of BIBUS Holding Group, Switzerland since 2018. Over the years, BIBUS India has established itself as a prominent technical sales and service company, offering problem-solving and customized solutions for various industrial applications. Our company has built a strong reputation for quality, service, credibility, and reliability.

At BIBUS INDIA, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of standard and innovative components in the fields of pneumatics, mechatronics, and environmental technology. Our team of product specialists provides personal assistance and engineering expertise, helping our customers to design, assemble, and convert customized components or assemblies that meet their specific requirements. Past, present and future

BIBUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED began as a Joint Venture company on October 11th, 2012. Later, on May 4th, 2018, BIBUS AG, Switzerland acquired complete ownership, making BIBUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED a wholly-owned subsidiary of BIBUS AG, Switzerland. The company was then renamed as BIBUS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED in September 2018.

BIBUS Holding AG has evolved from a steel trading company founded in 1947 by Dipl. Ing. Hans Bibus into a group of companies operating in the fields of technology, materials and electronics. The company has grown from exclusively being a steel trader without its own warehouse to having three business segments, all pursuing the same core competencies of engineering, logistics, and services.

BIBUS has always focused on covering the changing needs of its customers with appropriate services, leading to a transformation from pure steel trading to a corporate group with specific company expertise. The company's growth strategy beyond the borders of Switzerland and as far as Asia was promoted by the removal of borders in Europe and internationalization of its activities, extending established and proven relationships with existing and new customers and partners.

BIBUS subsidiaries offer the same services as core competencies and have access to the know-how and resources of the whole group, promoting long-term successful partnerships with customers, delivery partners, and employees.

BIBUS INIDIA – Scope of Work & Responsibilities

Our foundation is the sales of components and solutions. We offer nearly 5000 articles supplied by 8+ international brands of which we are the sole distributor in India.

We provide technical consulting, design, and prototypes in addition to sales activities. We consider a project as a whole entity, which includes designing to prototyping to assembly, inspection, and commissioning.

In line with our slogan "Supporting your Success", our objective is to support the success of our customers and business partners in all our activities and decisions. We are confident in the quality of the products, solutions and systems we develop, as well as in the competence of our employees. We are committed to achieving our objectives in compliance with all legal and statutory provisions and this Code of Conduct, which is binding on all BIBUS employees.

If requirements stricter than those specified in this Code of Conduct apply in a country where the BIBUS Group operates, then they have priority. If conduct or business practices contrary to this Code of Conduct are required or tolerated in a country, this Code of Conduct applies.

Our Code is based on the OECD Principles for Multinational Enterprises and the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

However, even this Code does not replace the exercise of common sense. We expect our employees to seek relevant information if they are confronted with a subject that is not specifically addressed in this regulation.

When selecting our suppliers, customers and business partners, we expect them to respect and comply with our Code of Conduct in their cooperation with the BIBUS Group.
